I began my career teaching in Japan, where working across cultures shaped how I think about communication, learning, and designing for different human experiences.

My work shifted toward helping people figure out where they wanted to go—and how to get there. Through coaching, workshops, and career-focused programs, I helped learners build the confidence, skills, and connections needed to move toward meaningful professional goals.
