I'm a human-centered researcher, designer, and strategist who loves exploring how people learn, grow, and solve complex problems.

My work sits at the intersection of research, design, learning, and strategy. I'm especially drawn to messy challenges that don't fit neatly into one discipline—where listening closely, connecting ideas, and looking at a problem from a new angle can lead to something better.

I love bringing people together to make sense of complexity. Whether I'm facilitating a workshop, uncovering patterns through research, or helping shape a new program or experience, I'm most energized by the process of discovering what's possible and turning ideas into something meaningful.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me exploring Santa Monica by bicycle, taking photographs, making zines, or planning my next international adventure.
